Services
Player services
Support, reports, appeals, stats and alpha access. Breach Protocol is in alpha, so some of these are routed through the game client rather than through this site — where that is the case, the page says so instead of showing you a form that goes nowhere.
Support centre
Search the help articles. Connection problems, updater trouble, controls, crashes and account questions.
Appeal a ban
What a ban means, what evidence is reviewed, and exactly what to send so the appeal can actually be assessed.
Report a bug
Press X in the game's menu. The report tool attaches your build, platform, graphics adapter and a screenshot for you.
Report a player
Griefing, toxicity or cheating. Reporting from inside the game attaches the match context that makes a report reviewable.
Career stats
Your record, in the game's Barracks. A public lookup is designed but deliberately not shipped — the page explains why, and what the options are.
Play the alpha
How to get a build, how the updater works, and what the alpha is and is not.
Why some of this lives in the game
A report sent from inside Breach Protocol arrives with the build number, the platform, the graphics adapter, the map you were on and a screenshot already attached — the exact things that decide whether a bug can be reproduced. A web form would ask you to type all of that from memory, and would then need a server that does not exist yet to receive it. Until that server is built, the honest route is the one that works.
